The HAORUl pelletizing system is a double-stage PP, PE, HDPE, and LDPE pelletizing machine designed for recycling various plastic materials, including films and woven bags. This system is particularly suitable for materials containing heavy impurities, as it provides double filtration and triple degassing processes. Equipped with a specially designed screw extruder, the system ensures the reliability and stability of the final product quality. The output ranges from 500 to 6,000 kg/hr, making it a versatile solution for plastic recycling operations.

This production line is mainly used to recycle waste PP and PE hard materials, such as shampoo bottles, milk bottles, toys, fruit buckets, big blue drums, and large gallons. It also handles soft plastics like PE film, agricultural film, packaging bags, PP woven bags, and nylon bags. Based on the customer s raw materials, we can provide a full solution, including sorting, crushing, washing, drying, and pelletizing. The output ranges from 500 to 6,000 kg/hr. The crusher blades are made of special materials, making them suitable for crushing hard materials, ensuring high output and durability for long-term use. The pelletizer can be of the noodle type or water ring type, which can be customized according to customer requirements.

This line is our minimum capacity: 500 kg/h, which can be divided into cold and hot washing lines. It is suitable for customers who are new to this industry or have a low budget. Generally, the cold washing line mainly includes: a belt conveyor with a metal detector, a label remover, a sorting conveyor, a crusher, a screw loader, a floating washing tank, a high-speed friction washing machine, a dewatering machine, and a silo storage. Through these machines, labels, caps, rings, glue, sediment, and other dirt can be removed effectively, and finally, clean and dry PET flakes can be obtained. The hot washing line adds a hot washing tank based on the cold washing line for better removal of oil and glue. We can provide customization according to customers requirements.

Compared with the standard production line, this production line adds one set of Trommel Screen, one set of floating washing tank, one set of zig-zag label separator, and one set of flakes color sorter machine. The trommel screen can remove stones, sand, dust, mud, metal, and other impurities, thereby effectively protecting the subsequent machines and extending their service life. Labels that have not been removed by the label remover will fall off after cold and hot washing, and will finally be separated by the zig-zag label separator. The color sorter can automatically sort PET flakes by different colors, ultimately yielding high-quality, pure, and single-color PET flakes.
